Is it possible to change the static part of post URLs (like "domain/post100.html" to "domain/message100.html") only for a specific forum_id?

The reason is that i want to allow/deny in the robots.txt post URLs only of some forum_id.

But I don't know how to SEO a memberlist URL like
'memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=4'.
