Maybe I am getting too old, or maybe I am just losing my mind but I cannot find anywhere step-by-step instructions for how to apply the SEO mod to a new style that doesn't already have an earlier version of phpBB SEO installed. I have searched every folder and file in phpBB_SEO_Ultimate_SEO_URL_v0.6...

Forum Directory is Ignored

I've successfully installed the SEO mod (I think) but the problem I am running into is that my forum directory is being ignored, i.e., instead of the URLs being rewritten to -http://mydomain.com/forum/ they are being rewritten to -http://mydomain.com/ only. Of course, this isn't working (404 errors)...
