I installed the mod and it works. I tested adding a user and I lost the CAPTCHA image for user registration. It comes up as a X like it can't find the image. Any Ideas? After the install of SEO Premod, all the title pages for the site are correct except the root of my forum. The title on the root says "Index Page" without the quotes.

Where (and how) do I change this?
