When it generates the htaccess for you, are you moving it where it belongs (either in the forums root or the sites root depending on settings)??

I looked at http://www.phpbb-seo.com/en/news/ and I do not see the problem you are talking about. I did a search for h1 h2 h3 and h4 and found nothing on the whole page. Are you sure this isn't your browser? Can you provide a link to a page with the problem or an image of the problem? Typo
