What code changes should I do for the phpbb_seo/phpbb_seo_meta.php file to limit the word count of the meta description?

How can I change it to limit the word count to 20 words for example?

The download page seems to state compatibleness for 3.0.7 version of phpBB3.

Can I download and install this?
