Wouldn't the included Disallow entries in the robots.txt with the SEO Premod handle all the issues with needing to add any nofollow tags for anything in the header or footer? Looking at the robots.txt that I added from the phpbbseo acp, it disallows the search, faq, memberlist, member.php, and other...

I posted before reading through everything twice. I think I have a pretty good handle on it now except for the "zero duplicate" and strict mode. I pretty much have everything else activated.
