Hi, I have my root folder as public_html where all my phpbb files are lying, and I would like to know how do I make a good robot.txt and what to disallow etc.

I hope im in the right place. I've phpbb seo premod installed but the site name of my forum is duplicate for example "xbox360forums - xbox360forums". How do I fix it?

I've installed GYM Sitemaps but when I click on SitemapIndex link I received this message.
