Figured it out, no one on this forum helped, great community... </s>
For anyone else that couldn't figure it out (the many threads that exist for this problem):
1) Delete everything in cache folder.
2) Set to Advanced mode.
3) Upload new HTACCESS file.

Topics/Posts not rewriting
URL: www.punch101.com/forum/
In my PHPBB SEO panel only categories and sub-categories are URL re-written.
Topics/Posts still have topic/postxxx etc. atthe end of the URL.
Is there any way to fix this?
