Yes I do, actually I have turned on every possible option in phpbb-seo and that page's URL is not rewritten so I think it is the author's intention. Bot should not has access to memberlist either so I think it is ok

Of course you can, check the phpbbseo settings in your ACP. Keep in mind that this option will break all links to your old forum, e.g. forum-title-fxx/ will not be redirected to forum-title/. Read dcz' warning carefully, he did write it very in-depth

Well sorry for yet another confusing title, anyway, I just want to know which part of phpbb-seo package redirect forums/ to forum.html since I have just lost this functionality on my forum. In .htaccess I can find forum.html to forums/index.php but not vice versa.
