Can I download only the advanced rewrite mod file and re-install it?

Restoring the cache files from a backup copy the ACP tab return.

Strange... it seems that right ACP page are stored in the cache folder.

I've installed Gym sitemap, after this the ACP_CAT_PHPBB_SEO tab from acp was disappear.
I uninstall Gym and the tab return.

I've added a language (italian) but all works perfectly. I've copied english ACP SEO files under Italian directory.

Any suggestion?
