phpBB SEO premod 3.0.6 released! ?

does anybody have working latest Topic Text in Mouse Over with seo premod 3.0.6 ?
we've tried to apply it but unfortunatell it does not seem to work - no info bubble at all
cache was purged, templates reloaded.
