Yes, but i want it to say something different, a different format, because at the moment its in this format 'Site Title : Site Description' and i want it to be all site description, how?

Hi there, i have installed phpbb with premod and i have several problems.
1. How do i change the title, because at the minute i am getting the same thing twice, like this 'Title:Title'!?
