I was hoping someone here could shed some light on Nginx. I have read up on it, seems very useful and improved compared to Apache. In the theme I am using, the icons are in two different folders. the one referenced in the mod install was wrong for my theme, nothing to do with the mod itself just the implementation into my theme.

Google says too many 301's on new premod site

URLs were not accessible to Googlebot because they contained too many redirects blah blah blah.... I have a new site up http://www.axiastudent.com using advanced rewrite and zero dups. I submitted my sitemap to google and 3 days later, its indexed 3 urls. I get an error message for every other link ...

It depends on how proficient you are with html and css.. you can basically "clone" your blog header and footer into the overall_header and overall_footer html files for your phpBB theme.. That would be the easiest and most effective way to go about it.

Quick update. Currently the mod is working fine for those running WP 2.6.2 and phpBB or phpBB-SEO 3.0.2. I am looking at changing a few things in the next 2 weeks which should stabilize things a bit. I am still looking for anyone proficient in php, mysql etc who would like to aid in supporting this....

Hi. Just wanted to know... This means phpbb3 and wordpress share the same database, same user account for both? Thank you. You can use one database or 2 depending on how you install phpbb and wordpress, either way you do it you will have one user for both scripts. Fully utilizes phpbb member system...

hehe, fixed it... Im my hustle to get it done (one should never hurry) I missed uploading a couple files :-0 so, its all great now.. very easy and I wish I would have done it long ago. Just used Winmerge to make sure the premod files also included my added mods and uploaded, installed using the phpb...
