Is the forum-sitemap.xml the only file needed to submit to Google?

Or should I submit a second file like this:

http://www.phpbb-seo.com/boards/gym-sitemaps-gf44.xml

I'm not sure how to find the second xml link.

Changed:

$paths['root_url'] = 'http://'

To:

$paths['root_url'] = 'http://www.'

I checked the Google status and it has errors because of this.

"Paths don't match" is the Error.

Small Q... I had some errors a I think I cleaned it all up. Only thing is it's showing in the XML file: http://mysite.com/... Instead of: http://www.mysite.com/... I have a redirect already in .htaccess for "non www's", but I thought I should have the right path in the XML. Thanks!
