How install Zero Dupe?

I Downloade ziped folder with install.xml ; modx.prosilver.en ; contrib (folder).
There is no root; i dont know what to do

There is no root/ because the mod does not add any file, just drop the install.xml in your browser, it should become more comprehensible

Also, do not forget, this mods requires the Ultimate SEO URL mod.

You must run the phpBB SEO Ultimate SEO URL mod before you can use and install this mod.

This mod (SEO Ultimate SEO URL) is installed on forum, done all things with .htacess and e.t.c. but i got "forum not faund" so i tryed to isntall this zero dupe,
For all i understood now; i hawe to go to my file trooth FTP and change all the :

index
memberlist
search
viewforum
viewtopic
download/file
phpbb_seo/includes/setup_phpbb_seo
styles/prosilver/template/overall_header
styles/subsilver2/template/overall_header

Well, not necessarily with your own hands, but it must be someone's hand yes. You should already be aware of this if you 've installed the Ultimate SEO URL mod (as well as any other mod btw). You can still try to use automod, should work too.
The only way not to have to do a single file edit to use our mods is to use the SEO premod. If you're using it, the zero dupe is of course included, all you need is to activate it.

so how then change from existing forum to premod? i tryed to to backup and restore it on new host in newly created forum, but it didnt work
