Does the SEO Dynamic Meta tags will works on my phpbb3.0.0?
I read the this mod is for the 3.0.1 version.
I tried to mod my forum but I can't find some text in my files... 
it's just me or isn't for my 3.0.0 version?

It could, but I strongly encourage you to update your phpBB install, keeping an outdated version will, in addition to make your forum eventually hackable, only makes things harder for when you won't have no other choices but to update (because of a hack or because it would become a must for other reasons).
