UTF-8 conversion method is now selectable, but where?

I need to change UTF-8 to other encoding, for RSS. Where i can change this?

J'ai besoin changer UTF encoding a une autre. Ou je peux faire ca?

Ok i found it.
In admin menu.
But what i need to put in "Char-set conversion method", for windows-1251 encoding? I dont need utf-8 at all.

The output is UTF-8 and is not meant to be changed.
That's why there is a conversion from your char-set to UTF-8 in the mod.
The good method to use is the one that's working on your server among the several available. Please check the install and the release thread about this,
