I do not understand where to upload

Hello,
I just wanted to let you know that i was willing to use this mod on a fresh new phpBB install. But, since this is my FIRST time to install and use phpBB i have no clue even how to install a plugin. So, have you guys ever thought that even people who for the first time installing phpBB would like to use this mod, and give some INFORMATIONS on how to really install this mod on the readme file?

Apart that, i think it is such a pitty that the WHOLE forum is in french, and noone that does not speak the french language can understand a damn thing of what is going on.

Now my question is, where in the hell should i upload the phpBB seo directory on my server to install this plugin? (heh, a newbie question, but heck, it is a question since you have not specified this in the readme file).
