Make W3C verified please

Hello Sir,

I am very thankful to you for this latest phpBB SEO Premod.

After installation, I checked my site for W3C verification.

http://validator.w3.org/

I got some Errors. Only Errors are "/>" in End Tag.

Functions.php

Before
<meta name="title" content="%s" >

After
<meta name="title" content="%s" />

Before
<meta name="description" lang="%s" content="%s" >

After
<meta name="description" lang="%s" content="%s" />

and then i put "/>" in every end of tag in this line.

Only 1 Error Still Left :-

<br /><div style="padding-top:5px" align="middle"><a href="http://www.phpbb-seo.com/" title="Search Engine Optimization">

there is no attribute "align"

I am unable to fix this because of your tricky coding.

I want 100% W3C Markup Validation Service.

Please reply me and tell me solution.
